Returns & Exchanges

Orders placed between the 28th of November and December 23rd can be exchanged until the 7th of January.

Items can be exchanged for free within 30 days of delivery, and returned for free within 14 days of delivery. Myrqvist covers all return costs for customers in United Kingdom.

Some items cannot be exchanged or returned, including but not limited to:

  • Engraved Products
  • Made-To-Order Products
  • Shoes with signs of wear
  • Items with removed tags

* Please note that the free return policy does not apply for discounted items. For items on sale, a shipping fee of 199 SEK will be deducted from your refunded total to cover the cost of the return shipment.

Customer Service

I am very happy with the quality of product, but so far appalled by the quality of customer service. I ordered an exchange of this product in mid-December but was not provided with a Shipping Label to return the original pair. I emailed about this but, after a brief acknowledgment, have not had any further correspondence or a shipping label sent through. This is despite sending three follow-up emails, and having received several Myrqvist marketing emails in the meantime. As things stand, I can only leave a 1 star review. Hopefully this review will prompt a proper response...

Stilig sko av fin kvalitet

Stiligt par skor av fin kvalitet till ett rimligt pris. Aningen för små och med facit på hand borde jag tagit en halv nummer större än min normala storlek, men efter att gått in dem ett tag börjar de sakta forma sig.
